New Zealand Travel Organiser Booking Process

This guide will help you understand the New Zealand Travel Organiser booking process. We endeavour to make the planning and booking process simple and stress free.

New Zealand Travel Booking Process

1. Plan and Enquire

Firstly, browse through our fantastic selection of self drive and guided tours. After that, enquire about your favourite tour(s) by using the enquiry form to the right of each tour.

You can also create your own itinerary by browsing through our carefully selected and highly recommended New Zealand wide accommodation operators, must do activity providers and transport options. Enquire now by using the enquiry form to the right of each page.

2. Consult

Your personal New Zealand Travel Organiser tour specialist will contact you immediately or as soon as possible to allow for different time zones. Firstly, your tour specialist will provide you with a detailed response, availability and full quote. After that, your consultant will provide valuable local travel advice, answer all of your questions and queries and provide recommendations based on your interests and requirements.

After that, you will work with your travel consultant to tailor your holiday package to match your interests and requirements.

3. Book

Once you are completely happy with your New Zealand holiday, your tour specialist will start the booking process for you. Firstly we will email you an invoice for deposit payment so we can go ahead and book your holiday. You have the option to make your deposit payment through a secure online Visa or MasterCard transaction or via bank deposit.

Once we receive your deposit payment, your tour specialist will go ahead and book your full New Zealand holiday for you. This includes your rental vehicle, accommodation, must do activities/tours, your guide (if you are booking a guided tour), plus any other bookings we have organised to book for you.

Full confirmation will then be emailed to you in the form of a very detailed itinerary, outlining everything you need to know to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Your itinerary will be accompanied by a PDF document, containing your pre-paid travel vouchers for you to print and present to each travel operator on arrival.

The balance of your tour is then due 30 days prior to arrival, your tour specialist will send a reminder before this date. Easy!
