  It would be genuinely impossible to condense a full review of this amazing trip into a digestible format. As far as reviewing New Zealand Travel Organizer’s role we would not have had this amazing trip without them. They fully assembled a trip that was enjoyable and everything that we asked for. They paid attention to the little things like ensuring that our longer drives were followed by more restful days. This trip was planned by someone thinking about what they would do to enjoy the trip if they were making it. We will definitely use again next time we travel to New Zealand.

  Wow..what a BRILLIANT Company. Thank you so much Francine, you organised a SUPERB itinerary for us and when disaster struck on Day 1 you were right in there reorganising our accommodation and OUR activities. You kept abreast of the Rain Storms, washed out roads, floods and every thing else nature threw at us. AND you refunded us in full immediately for all the cancelled activites.  You made our holiday enjoyable throughout and we appreciate you enormously.  I can't recommend New Zealand Travel Organisation highly enough...you won't find a better organisation anywhere in the world.   Detail oriented and friendly planner that saved me lots of hassles and effort in the planning of my recent trip to NZ! My family of 3 had a great 14-day holiday in NZ southern island because of the impeccable planning by the NZ Travel Organiser!   To re-enforce Aaisha Shah's review, I am her partner who traveled on the trip with her. New Zealand Travel Organiser were brilliant, the service we received is the best I have ever received from a travel organiser. With an 11 hour time difference, they still made themselves available on email and even the phone to discuss our requirements to make sure our trip is perfectly tailored to our needs.

Kirsten was fantastic and made all our travel plans and ideas a reality, the entire process was seamless. We took receipt of all pre-paid travel vouchers and a comprehensive PDF itinerary document, the itinerary was filled with tonnes of useful information, great tips on places to visits in each location. All of which was over and above our expectations and made the trip that much more memorable.

We experienced a change to our original itinerary due to some unexpected damage caused by weather on a road we was meant to drive through, New Zealand Travel Organiser advised us of this situation in advance of us departing in the UK and re-arranged our itinerary and accommodation with limited time to overcome this unforeseen event, whilst ensuring that all our requirements and activities were still catered too. Further showing how pro-active, forward thinking and professional they were.

We was so impressed with the service provided, whilst in Wanaka we took the time to pop in and personally show our gratitude and thanks for the service.

I would thoroughly recommend New Zealand Travel Organiser and if I was ever to re-visit, I would not go anywhere else apart from directly to these absolute leaders in the industry.

  Highly recommend! The planning and booking process was flawless. We had the most incredible and amazing time. They tailored the trip to exactly what we wanted and more. Kirsten was amazing she kept the communication up even with the 11 hour time difference. She found us the best aces for every activity like sky diving and the bungee jump. Her attention to detail really made our trip, from the car hire to the bathrooms to the journey lengths. They helped us with every aspect of our trip and even gave us food recommendations for where we stayed. She also gave us a heads up when we were going to areas with limited or no shops so we could get some food on the way. They were reachable during our trip and even after. Honestly if I could plan every trip with them I would! They planned us a route which gave us great drives and loads of places to stop on the journeys.
