Megisti Sailing Charters Wellington

Come sailing on MEGISTI, a 12.6 metre catamaran, on the Wellington Harbour.

Megisti is in current Maritime NZ survey, and is licensed to carry up to 20 passengers. She is a luxury vessel, with air conditioning, 240 volt/12 volt power, four toilets and four showers in private double cabins (three cabins available on charter for overnighters).

iPod/CD/DVD, television and sound system with sub woofer/amp setup, microwave, full galley with crockery and cutlery for 20 guests. Fully licensed.

Underwater blue LED lights, to give the touch of the tropics and to attract fish at night. The setup with the bridge deck cabin gives 360-degree vision, and twin unsinkable kayaks are ready to use on trips with anchoring. 3 stand-up paddleboards are also available for even more wow!

Megisti can say YES to your events – from short 90 minute cruises like the Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Drinks Cruises to overnight Breakfast-and-Sail Cruises. What better way to enjoy Wellington Harbour than on a yacht!

High Tea Sail on Wellington Harbour

• Sail Wellington Harbour while relaxing onboard and taking in the stunning vistas. Enjoy Tea, Coffee, Biscuits or a drink from the licensed bar. Minimum number of 10 people.

Overnight Sail on Wellington Harbour and Beyond

• This is a sail, dinner, bed and breakfast arrangement, taking a mooring or anchoring up in a sheltered bay for the night, with a quick trip back in the morning to get you to your next port of call. Three cabins available, all with private en suites. Minimum number of 4 people.
